1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned including personalized products, items damaged by pets, or products used with food or water.
4. Return Process
Contact us at support@travelerpet.store to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
9. Damaged in Transit
Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
10. Refund Timeline
Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-5 business days for credit cards and up to 10 business days for other payment methods.
