1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Available to all US addresses
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for urgent orders
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available in select areas
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our Track Your Order page or directly with the carrier.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@travelerpet.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be reshipped once corrected address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Weather and Carrier Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
